[Position Closed] Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with digital and traditional agencies for annual /quarter/monthly plan development and build culture monthly review and analysis
• Briefing to digital and traditional agencies and help close the media plan, and propose to Marketing Team for approval
• Ensure the media promotion effectiveness with ROI (return on investment) approach
• Help conceptualize and leverage the offline brand activations on digital as per requirement
• Help marketing team to build annual media promotion plan as per calendar opportunities such as Thadingyut, Thingyan, Hepatitis day, Mother’s day, Women’s day etc...
• Meet the brands media objective/KPI through effective utilization of media budgets proposed by brands
• Managing and briefing the campaigns to traditional media agencies and digital agencies and ensure on time execution of the campaigns
• Build ROI based approach, analyze campaign KPI, post campaign analysis and build way forward for improvisation
• Partner in knowledge sharing with stake holders about global and Myanmar trends

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

• University Graduate preferably in communication/Media related
• At least 5 years of work experience as a Media Manager/Planner as managing traditional media and digital media, working with media agency is preferable
• Understanding on the consumer target audience segmentation
• Collaborative approach, Interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience developing annual media strategies and effective media plans for brands. and exposure post campaign evaluation

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday
