Group Product Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Managing assigned brand health with a long-term sustainable marketing strategy
  • Drive growth and increase penetration and consumption of assigned categories of brands in addressable markets to gain market share
  • Understand the consumers/HCP’s, market trends, and other relevant factors to identify the business opportunities and job to be done for brand growth
  • To achieve assigned category topline and manage A&P effectively to meet the business objective
  • External and internal stakeholders coordination and management
  • Travel to markets/key cities for product promotion activities and track the product promotion and development
  • Develop and lead long-term brand strategy and annual milestone activities to drive the brand growth
  • Working with advertising agency to develop communication campaign to strengthen brand proposition and drive brand preference among target consumer
  • Lead and guide team for communication material, all form of content development based on Brand Strategy, Consumer Insight and Consumer Research
  • Develop media strategy based on each campaign to maximize the launch
  • Maximize media expenditure for optimum awareness drive based on brand strategy
  • Prepare marketing mix based on consumer learning through researches and sales information
  • Post launch analysis of the new product launch and recommend management for action plans
  • Ensure flawless execution of NPDs by working cross functionally with stakeholders
  • Monthly report including market share, budget spending, media buys vs. plan, brand health tracking (Penetration, Consumption and Brand Imagery)
  • Work with Regulatory affairs for new product registration

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Any Graduate ( prefer B. Pharma /Science Graduate ) + MBA preferred
  • Must have 6-10 years of brand management experience with managing OTX brand- OTC and RX brands
  • Must have good knowledge/experience of Digital marketing/social media management
  • Must have past experience /skills to manage/coordinate with KOL’s and HCP’s
  • Should have good knowledge and experience of BTL/ATL
  • Previous sales experience will be an advantage

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
