Position Summary:
Responsible for managing retail distribution channel for multiple brands of construction chemicals in Myanmar imported and manufactured by the company, reporting to Channel Director.
Responsibilities

Develop, propose and execute the Country Retail Sales Strategy and Retail Sales Plans

Responsible to increasing Retail Coverage in both width and depth of geographic coverage

Responsible to deliver the “Shop Share” targets

Responsible for the “Go-To- Market” tools, “Trade Promotions” and “Consumer Promotions”, “Store Branding” executions and “Sell-Out” activations

Manage Sales Executives, plan out monthly sales follow up and responsible for Sales Executive’s increase in sales

Able to prepare daily route plan and go to market strategy for Retail Sales Team

Identify sales opportunities from leads database

Maintain contact with current customers to identify increased sales opportunities

Able to prepare daily, monthly sales report & activities report

Responsible for Managing and Developing the Retail Sales Team
