Corporate Communications Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of the Company’s communication strategies and policies which include PR and media, issue and crisis communication, information dissemination and strategic communications advice
  • Manage communication team to ensure communication initiatives to be compatible with organizational mission, vision, value, and objectives
  • Provide leadership in developing, writing, and designing publications to ensure consistent communications messaging and corporate standards through the Brand Style Guide
  • Collaborates with executive leadership and board of directors to develop the corporate mission statement
  • Develops and implements a communications strategy for the Company that builds and maintains a positive corporate brand
  • Leads the development of communication materials (corporate brochure, concept notes, campaign plans, periodic reports, briefs, quarterly newsletter, etc.)
  • Oversees corporate communications and branding in various online and print platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and industry publications to connect with key stakeholders and address queries or complaints from members of the public
  • Provides consistent and timely information to employees through various communications programs
  • Creates awareness and recognition for the Company by continuously leveraging on corporate functions to raise the Company’s profile by maximizing all media opportunities e.g., print, digital, social etc
  • Acts as corporate spokesperson if assigned and responds to members of the media in a timely manner; composes and distributes press releases as needed
  • Support corporate level sustainability needs if assigned across the business

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Master’s degree in English, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • Multiple years of experience in public relations, including supervisory and comprehensive marketing experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to drive cross-functional deadlines consistently
  • Superior ability to write in a journalistic style that is customary for corporate and external publications
  • Proven ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision
  • Experience developing and executing cross-functional communications programs
  • Ability to offer sound media relations advice to senior leadership
  • Excellent managerial and organizational abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with corporate management, employees, media, and the larger community
  • Ability to coordinate efforts of various teams to present a coherent message

Working Time:

8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
