Network Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Plan annual sales target KPI for all branches with Head of Operations, set the monthly/quarterly sales plan together with Regional and Branch Managers
  • Conduct credit assessment and credit approval (based on delegation rule) to ensure the loan application is timely and responded with quality
  • Mange on loan portfolio growth and meeting standard portfolio portions with regional managers so as to achieve target plan with yearly KPI
  • Analyse and follow up on the development of competitors’ evolution and market change and trends of business at the organizational level in order to find out the solution and strategies to achieve the annual sales disbursement plan
  • Work closely with Recovery Team in setting Branch recovery strategy and the assessment of each branch’s recovery progress monthly with Loan Recovery Manager, Regional Managers, and Regional Recovery Officers
  • Report all the issues related to the job to the direct supervisor immediately and take proper action by coordinating with the related HO department
  • Manage branch staff promotion and transfer process to be done within an effective timeline by collaborating with HR and related branches with the necessary interview processes
  • Provide training such as High Performing Staff Training, Product Training if necessary, Branch Manager Development Training, Excellent Customer Service Training, and any required training to the team in a way of clear understanding and full awareness
  • Keep and maintain a good level of staff turnover rate based on the target set by management

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor degree or Associated degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management and Marketing or related field
  • Preferrable Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in related field
  • 3 years and above experience in a Regional Manager position
  • Experience of setting up new branches and in hiring and coaching newly recruited staff
  • Self-motivated person with good interpersonal skills
  • Great reporting and presentation skills, Initiative, and innovative skills
  • Good Command of English (written and oral)
  • Good level of computer MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Working Time:

8:30 PM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
