Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Frequently visit outlets to build/consolidate relationship with customers at all levels to ensure agreed PVA (Presence, Visibility, Activation) plans are effectively implemented in all outlets, owners, managers and staffs
  • Plan and Coordinate product and brand communication & trainings with marketing team and outlets
  • Drive achievement of sell-out targets in outlets within territory and build trade marketing activities plan under the supervision of the HOS/RSM
  • Daily contact in person with existing and prospective customers in Category A and B to positively influence the commercial status of the company’s brands
  • Increases overall points of distribution and consumption within respective area
  • Drive PVA for major Strategic Brands of International Spirits also as a secondary objective in On Premise channel
  • Conduct regular sightings of GMA and submit through the system
  • Generate the monthly reports of Sales & Activations, Visibility, Competitors, Environmental and Market Intelligence

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Age between (30-40) years old
  • Highly preferred On Premise management experience or F&B experience
  • Relevant experience in Beverage /Alcobev /FMCG industry, particularly in key accts
  • Good command of English and Burmese
  • Computer competency especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
