[Position Closed] Finance Manager

Position Summary:

Responsible for financial issues and operations and management of financial matter.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day operations of Finance Team (such as invoicing, payment processing and cash collection)
• Input transactions into accounting software in accordance with internal policies and also mitigating material mistakes
• Monitor cash & bank balances and participate in daily and monthly cash count
• In charge of fund management and arrangement
• Submit weekly financial and forecast reports on timely basis
• Review all financial information and provide critical analysis of financial performance
• Review processes, procedures and internal controls to maximize functional efficiency
• Maintain good relationship with bankers 
• Participate, analyze and provide feedback in business plan strategies
• Prepare monthly, quaterly and yearly budget & cash flow forecast
• Any other duties as assigned by HQ, MD and DGM (FAD)

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum degree qualification in Finance (B. Com, CPA or ACCA Part 2)
• At least 10 years experience in banking and finance or related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in addition to strong analytical, problem solving and organization skill
• Superior interpersonal and coomunication skills in English language
• Extensive financial management with a strong business judgments
• A high level of integrity, independent with strong sense of urgency and result orientation
• Proficient in use of MS Office and Accounting Software (such as Peachtree, Quickbooks etc...)

Working Time:

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
