[Position Closed] Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis/guidance on plans, targets and business drivers
• Identify new business opportunities, design & execute the analysis of all new business initiatives (product launches and/or service offerings…) to meet Group targets
• Assess financial performance with regards to long term operational goals, budgets and forecasts
• Maintain proper use of existing systems to support daily operations
• Implement and optimize systems to comply with the Group IS framework and strategy
• Develop and maintain financial accounting functions: Payables, Receivables, GL, Payroll, Credit control, Cash…to guarantee completeness and accuracy of financial results
• Ensure compliant financial closing and reporting, in line with both Group and local GAAP/requirements
• Review and ensure application of internal controls, financial group compliance and financial procedures
• Manage the preparation of external and internal audits and follow up on the implementation of recommendations
• Manage cashflow planning process and ensure funds availability
• Monitor & report on the overall performance of the Finance function by implementing relevant KPIs (quality, time, efficiency)
• Train Finance and non-Finance teams to raise awareness and knowledge of financial principles
• Engage and communicate with local steering committee and other departments
