Trade & Operations Manager - M/F

Job Description:

One of our FMCG client is actively looked for Trade & Opearations Manager to help imporved their business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Marketing Head and Brand Management team to the effective delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop key processes to support implementation of the activities/ projects of individual brand.
  • Align and coordinate with Brand Management team, OOH team, Sales team, Logistics team, Regional Offices, Vehicle team, etc. to ensure the timely fulfillment of operational needs.
  • Streamline processes and integrate multiple systems/ tools to increase operational efficiencies and visibility.
  • Directs organization-wide efforts to effectively manage and allocate Operational Resources in brand building and execution.
  • Benchmark the company’s current marketing activities, performance and spending against industry best practices or competitors’, and develop the template for improvements in future brand building activities.
  • Collect and build the market intelligence and reporting to Marketing Head and coordinate with Brand Management to ensure quick adaption to the changes in the industry or market.
  • Design effective POSM to drive visibility at the respective channel.
  • Continuous monitoring and analysis of competitor’s activities, and propose the necessary plan to react timely.
  • Conducts regular Marketing Operations Reviews and Report to align Marketing strategy with tactics and ensure short to medium term effectiveness.
  • Reviewing & reporting the performance of the immediate subordinates using clear and quantifiable metrics, for personnel development and assessment.
  • Develop people and team members for quality outcomes.

 

Job Requirements:

  •     BA (or) BM. MBA is highly preferable.   
  •      At least 5 Yrs experience in the management position with the same industry background or F&B industry.
  •     Must have good analytical skill, social dealing skill and time-management skill.
  •     Must have strong leadership skill and team spirit.
  •     Must be self-motivated and proactive
  •     English proficiency.

Working Time:

Monday - Friday

Normal working Hour

 

Job Benefits:

Saturday and Sunday off.

Public Holiday off.

Salary Range: 2000,000 - 3000,000 MMK
