Finance Manager

Job Description:

Manage all of matters relating finance including staff’s management and skill development.

Managing cash position Daily and Monthly, and report to Management
Checking Cash Book or any other system recording daily transactions and maintenance accurately
Manage Payment transfer (domestic, overseas) at bank counter or by iBanking
Funding process management (Loan facilities / Drawdown/ Rollover) with Banks
FRD loan Extension and Borrowing report for banks, and others relating Finance
Support Budget creation and Mid-term plan and updating Budget control file Monthly
SAP (TRM) entry & approval
Compulsory saving withdrawal control
Manage Daily preparation of personal loan and staff loan for all Branch
Response for Internal and External audit requirements
Preparing financial statement relevant with Finance
Implement for staff skill development plan and provide proper training
Preparation for reports (RM report/BOD report) relating Finance
Contact person for negotiation with banks
Administrative work-related finance

Other matters relating in association with Finance.

Job Requirements:

1. Accounting knowledge - B.SC (Physics), LCCI level 3

2. Working experience at least 3 years in FIN or ACC field

at company where has over 100 employees.

3. Advanced English-communication skill

4. MS Office - Especially skilled in Excel and Power Point

5. Having experience of supervising over 5 staffs (Preferable)

6. Experience of Budget creation or working at Treasury (Preferable)

Working Time:

Monday - Friday

Normal Working Hour
