[Position Closed] Operational Risk Manager

Job Descriptions

• Track and analyze incidences of frauds (successful and attempted) identify causes and implement with respective branches comprehensive measures to close loopholes
• Updating Operational Risk Policy to ensure that the policy reflects microfinance global best practices.
• Immediately follow up on internal audit and compliance issues with the objective to close them in a given timeline.
• Leads discussions/presentations at all levels of the organization and communicates information risk matters to senior management as needed
• Ensures accurate and timely production of data analytics in support of risk assessments and productivity analysis being conducted to manage operational risk.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Understanding of microfinance processes, systems and procedures
• Minimum 5 years of microfinance experience and fluency in reading, writing and communicating in English
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
• Frequent travel to the branches

Working Time:

8:30 to 5:30

Monday to Friday
