Job Description:
- Responsible for managing Promotion Girls training and skills programs for regular and specific needs
- Plan, execute and manage BA activation program based on portfolio and brand objectives to deliver higher engagement and growth for brands
- Responsible for managing the BA operations across the nation, in close collaboration with Sales team
- Co-create impactful BA activation programs with Brand teams and also identify the right communication assets and premiums for the programs
Job Requirements:
- Must be a graduate, advanced business degree/ diploma will be a plus Skills/ Competencies
- Must have managed Promotion Girls in a managerial capacity
- Experience of managing Promotion Girls / activation programs
- Good people management and team development skills
Working Time:
9:00AM - 6:00PM
Monday - Friday
Saturday/Sunday and Public Holidays Off
