[Position Closed] Area Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • Responsible for driving distributor to achieve the key KPI
  • Responsible for monthly demand forecast process and work closely with distributor’s team
  • Works with distributor training team to develop sales team capability and systems to handle sales, visibility and distribution in market
  • Have to maintain and good relationship with distributor.
  • Regularly review the area wise performance of the distributor/sub distributor and discuss the findings with concerns and prepare working action plan accordingly.
  • Build a business proposal to Management to align and endorse on the new sales strategy for Upper Myanmar.
  • Report to Country Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Have 6 to 8 years’ experience in distributor sales experience
  • 5 years in Management level
  • Need to understand single and Multiple Distributors system
  • Strong Leadership skill to lead team.
  • Excellent Communication of English skill
  • Good Mathematics, analytical skill and presentation

Working Time:

9:00AM  - 5:00PM

Monday - Friday

Satursday/Sunday and public Holidays Off
