[Position Closed] Finance Manager

• Ensure all invoicing is in Sys2k and accurate and timely
• Generate Invoices and Purchase Orders in Sys2k
• Submit all invoices within the first three working days of the month immediately following the month the expenses were incurred
• Follow up on payment of invoices and inform management of any delays in payment
• Bank Reconciliations
• General Ledger Postings
• Act as a positive ambassador for company, always looking to provide value and find solutions to any issues that may rise from time-to-time
• Provide training and assistance to other members of the Finance team;
• Promote and foster good financial risk management practices at all times;
• Ensure all reports allocated to this role are available for review on a timely basis by the Senior Finance Manager or General Manager;
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism around all information and data that this position may be privy to;
• Demonstrate a willingness to work outside of core hours as may be required from time to time at the request of the Senior Finance Manager or General Manager;
• Take on any other reasonable tasks to ensure the smooth running of the company operations or wider finance function as may be requested or deemed fit by the Senior Finance Manager or General Manager
• Compliant with any other reasonable and lawful instructions

Job Requirements:

• Myanmar CA qualification (or accepted equivalent from an overseas body)
• At least 3 years commercial experience - preferably in a manufacturing and/or stock based organization – focusing on preparation, interpretation and reporting of monthly financial results (including budget versus variance analysis)
• Demonstrable financial management skills in a commercial environment at a senior level
• Myanmar CA qualification (or accepted equivalent from an overseas body
• Myanmar nationality and right to work in Myanmar

Working Time:

Monday  to     Friday

8:00AM   to     5:00PM

Satursday/Sunday and Public Holidays Off
