Production Manager

Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee daily production to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Lead production teams and optimize manpower, equipment, and resources
- Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations
- Support new model introduction, process improvements, and capacity planning
- Prepare production reports and manage production budgets and performance
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with production management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of production planning, assembly operations, and quality systems
- Experience leading teams and managing production KPIs
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
