Responsible to spearhead the comprehensive feasibility and master plan for a mega-scale Deep Sea Port Project situated within a prominent Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Myanmar.

Collaborate with Foreign Consultants to analyze conceptual Deep Sea Port Infrastructure, port designs, terminal configurations (container, bulk, liquid cargo), quay wall structures and SEZ integration

Build robust financial models to evaluate economic viability, including CAPEX and OPEX modeling, return on investment (ROI), and potential project risks (regulatory, commercial, and technical)

Evaluate bathymetric data, soil mechanics, capital dredging requirements, siltation, and navigational safety in coordination with international marine consultants and prepare specifications for EPC tender/bid documents

Assess multimodal transport corridors linking the Deep Sea Port to the internal SEZ industrial zones, to Cross Border Highway and rail networks to ASEAN mainland countries

Identify and mitigate technical, social, and environmental risks, ensuring strict adherence to international standards (e.g., IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles, MARPOL) and regulations of the Port Authorities and MONREC

Coordinate data-driven feasibility reports and present high-level technical briefs to government ministries, SEZ committees, partners
