Responsible to lead the master planning, technical evaluation, and feasibility assessment for a major new Special Economic Zone (SEZ) development project in Myanmar. The GM will manage the end-to-end feasibility framework required to transform raw land into a world-class economic zone.

Collaborate with the Master Planner Architect, evaluate optimal land-use zoning, industrial & commercial plots cluster layouts, urban spaces, utility (Power, IT, Water, Waste) and civil engineering requirements for the SEZ site

Lead the preparation of comprehensive techno-economic feasibility studies, including CAPEX and OPEX modeling

Build robust financial models to evaluate economic viability, and potential project risks (regulatory, commercial, and technical)

Assess multimodal transport links (external road, rail, and port connectivity to GMS Economic Corridors) to ensure seamless supply chain movement into and out of the zone

Ensure all architecture, engineering design and land-use plans align with Myanmar SEZ Laws and local environmental mandates such as ESIA and International Sustainability Standards (e.g., IFC Performance Standards)

Produce comprehensive, investor-grade feasibility study reports and prepare presentation to government ministries, SEZ committees, and international development banks
