Coordinate and support managers in performance management and employee development by identifying learning needs, facilitating capacity-building opportunities, and promoting leadership development and continuous learning across the organization

Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes while ensuring a positive employee experience across the employment lifecycle and supporting succession planning and talent retention initiatives

Manage employee relations and conflict resolution, lead employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives, and foster a respectful, inclusive, and productive work environment

Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including health insurance and employee welfare programs, maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, and monitor HR metrics to provide regular reports and insights to management

Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and organizational policies by reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook, and supporting internal and external audits related to HR and personnel management
