HR Manager

Job Description:

Position Summary

Responsible for leading and managing end-to-end Human Resources functions across Myanmar and Thailand operations. This role serves as a strategic business partner while ensuring effective HR operations, compliance, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. The position requires a hands-on HR professional who can balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with department head to align HR strategies and initiatives with business objectives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, selection, and onboarding
  • Drive performance management processes, employee development, and succession planning initiatives
  • Lead employee engagement, employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews and market benchmarking
  • Oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations
  • Support organizational development, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations to management
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture and serve as a trusted HR advisor to employees and leaders

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations
  • Good understanding of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience managing end-to-end HR functions and supporting business leaders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken

Working Time:

8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
