Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple engineering and construction projects

Ensure compliance with engineering standards, construction procedures, safety regulations, and contractual obligations

Manage all aspects of project administration, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and reporting

Supervise and coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution

Approve project proposals, monitor expenditures, and manage cash flow forecasting

Conduct regular performance evaluations and support professional development of project team members

Identify project risks or resource shortages and propose timely corrective actions to the Project Director

Monitor and review project progress, provide status updates, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and final deliverables

Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance and health & safety regulations during site visits

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve interdepartmental cooperation

Support the QS department in sourcing vendors, preparing contracts, and managing RFP/RFQ processes

Draft project-related documents including manuals, policies, and proposals based on directives from the Project Director
