IT Application Manager

Position Summary

Responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of the company’s software applications. This role ensures that all business applications ranging from ERP systems to internal custom tools are stable, secure, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the internal evaluation and analyzing operations, activities related to development, implementation, and maintenance of information systems
• Proactively train application knowledge to management level users and key critical users
• Design and prepare documentations, procedure, manuals, and help desk supports for IT application systems including data, process, and business flow
• Troubleshoot end-users’ problems, encounters, find out the solutions with the internal or external stakeholders
• Root-cause analysis of incidents to provide work-around interim solutions and ensure to address the root-cause of problems 
• Trace and report problems of application systems including Off-the-Shelf to departmental managers
• Manage overall database administration tasks to ensure data integrity and peak performance efficiency
• Manage daily operations according to strategic plans and roadmaps and provide solutions, suggestions, and insight
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Any graduate with diploma and certificate form IT industry
• At least 5 years of working experience in related industry with 2 years in managing the application team
• Proper and proven knowledge of accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
• Good knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Database Management System (DBMS)
• Good knowledge of business operations and accounting rules
• Good troubleshooting and root-cause analysis experiences
• Good team management skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Positive-attitude, self-motivated and work ethics
• Expert software development skill and knowledge

Working Time:

8:30 AM ~ 5:20 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
