Job Description:

Position Summary

Responsible for overseeing and managing the post-acquisition handover and integration process of Business Units being absorbed by the company. This role focuses on ensuring smooth transition of ownership, effective coordination between stakeholders, and successful operational integration in alignment with the group’s strategic and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full handover process for both the hotel and international school acquisitions, ensuring timely and compliant completion of all transition activities
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, checklists, and milestones for both projects
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, HR, and compliance teams to ensure smooth asset transfer and business continuity
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders during the handover phase
  • Verify completion of all post-acquisition obligations and documentation
  • Ensure regulatory filings, permits, and licensing are properly transferred and updated
  • Oversee contract novation, supplier transitions, and key agreement renewals
  • Work closely with the operations team to align both entities (hotel and school) with the group’s management and financial systems
  • Identify potential operational or cultural challenges and propose mitigation plans
  • Support leadership onboarding, communication, and stakeholder alignment for both entities
  • Monitor early performance of both entities post-handover against acquisition projections
  • Coordinate financial reporting and integration of systems under group structure
  • Report progress, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive management
  • Maintain comprehensive records of handover processes, decisions, and communication
  • Prepare regular status updates and final post-handover reports to the board
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, audit, and control standards

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Project Management
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Senior Management level or Executive level, project management, or corporate integration
  • Prior exposure to education and/or hospitality sector transitions preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects under tight timelines

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
