HR & Admin Executive

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of office maintenance and repair, including coordinating with contractors and service providers
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and secure for all employees and visitors
  • Manage and troubleshoot minor issues with office equipment and utilities
  • Assist with basic human resources tasks, such as maintaining employee records, SSB and assisting with the onboarding process for new hires
  • Input data into the HR system, ensuring that records are up to date at all times
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and general HR matters
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related queries and administrative tasks
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring all necessary items are stocked
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and packages
  • Manage office budgets, track expenses, and process invoices
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or in a relevant administrative role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for or interest in electric vehicles and sustainable technology is a plus
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
