Senior HR Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment strategy and process to attract, select, and retain top talent in a timely and cost-effective manner, and minimize the average time taken to fill vacant positions
  • Coordinate with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and workforce planning
  • Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with SOPs and Quality Management System requirements
  • Identify training needs and create the annual training plan in alignment with company goals and individual development plans
  • Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate post-training assessment scores and feedback to ensure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Support departmental training compliance as per SOP and ISO requirements
  • Oversee the implementation of performance appraisal systems aligned with KPIs and company goals
  • Build a positive working environment through engagement initiatives, employee recognition, and grievance handling mechanisms
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to recommend retention strategies
  • Ensure transparent and fair resolution of conflicts and disciplinary matters
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving employee relations issues professionally and in accordance with labor law
  • Enhance survey scores regarding employee satisfaction with the benefits package through regular reviews and improvements
  • Ensure alignment of compensation packages with industry standards to attract and retain top talent

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master’s in HR Management preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including 4+ years in senior HR leadership role
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law and international HR standards
  • Experience in working within ISO-certified environments
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, ISO standards, and HR best practices
  • Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality

8:30 AM ~ 5:20 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
