HR & Training Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and onboarding including introduction training, career development etc.
  • Continuous fine tuning of job descriptions and clarify responsibilities for the different roles
  • Employee relations and manage EAP program, staff wellness program etc.
  • Fine tune the performance management system and organise the yearly appraisals
  • Develop and update HR policies and communicate these to the staff
  • Track attendance, leave and coordinate with finance team for payroll 
  • Manage internal and external training program for counsellors
  • Manage a new accreditation system set-up for Myanmar counsellors
  • Manage the training program offered to Myanmar people 
  • Training needs analysis, program design and delivery

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 5 years’ experience in similar positions in HR and/or training field in result-oriented company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Myanmar and English
  • An organisation talent with attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for mental health and well-being is a plus

Working Time:

8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
