Position Summary
Responsible for leading and integrating strategic and operational oversight of core support departments across the group. This role ensures alignment with corporate governance, drives operational excellence, and supports sustainable growth across all business units.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute group-wide strategies for support functions in alignment with corporate goals

Serve as a key advisor to the Vice Chairman and Committees on operational and governance matters

Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement

Oversee talent strategy, workforce planning, compliance, and employee engagement programs

Ensure financial integrity, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management

Streamline administrative processes and ensure effective office management

Drive digital transformation, cybersecurity, and infrastructure optimization

Manage corporate communications, brand reputation, and stakeholder engagement

Ensure internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness

Lead strategic planning, performance tracking, and BU alignment

Oversee asset lifecycle, utilization, and capital investment planning

Liaise with Committees to ensure transparency, accountability, and regulatory adherence

Implement SOPs and RACI frameworks to clarify roles and responsibilities across departments

Foster a high-performance culture across support teams

Mentor department heads and promote cross-functional collaboration
