Head of Risk, Legal and Compliance

Position Summary

Responsible to access and verify potential operation risk for current and new products, processes and services with the knowledge of all CBM's instructions, rules and regulation. Focus on overall compliance framework and AML/CFT programmed, annual compliance due diligence and reviews and ensure all procedure and controls are in place and update to date with the regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal team and guide all team members for risk control assessment and risk register
• Communicate and collaborate with all related departments upon risk requirement
• Analyze any information/data and put into the meaningful business interpretation
• Know all CBM’s instructions and any other relevant regulator's requirements on the current and new products and services
• Identify and verify potential operations risk at operation process for current and new products, processes and services
• Develop risk mitigation action plans, report key risk and control indicators of department
• Carry out detailed walkthroughs and process mapping to identify significant risks and controls
• Oversee the operational risk incident management process to guarantee that timeliness, integrity, and quality control are maintained
• Ensure appropriate review of the financial impact of operational incidents, root cause and business impacts
• Overall responsibility for the compliance duties, including direction, strategic development, performance and maintenance
• Achieve compliance management systems in accordance with organization plans and adherence to legislation and agreed regulatory bodies' processes and procedures

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Any bachelor's degree and certificates in related field
• At least 3 years of relevant industry working experience
• Problem solving skill, communication skill, positive attitude, strong work ethic
• Good command in English

Working Time:

9:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
