HR Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR functions to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talents
  • Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases
  • Address and resolve employee grievances and labor disputes in a timely and effective manner
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring that the factory remains compliant
  • Implement the HR management system aligned with the company culture
  • Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Implement and perform quarterly and annual performance appraisal
  • Overall management of daily operation

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management
  • More than 4 years of experience in HR operation and functions
  • Proficient in payroll Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership skills and problem solving skills

Working Time:

7:45 AM ~ 4:45 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
