IT Technician

Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Microsoft operating systems, application software, and system management tools
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Assist in software, patches, and hardware upgrades
- Troubleshooting of IT hardware, software and network issues
- Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouse, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
- Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information technology/computer information systems or relevant professional qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of IT working experience: hands-on experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
Working Time:
7:45 AM ~ 4:45 PM
Monday ~ Friday
Saturday & Sunday closed
