Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary

Responsible for planning and managing delivery routes using Odoo software. This includes assigning delivery jobs to company drivers, coordinating with truck rental providers, and ensuring timely and efficient dispatches.

Responsibilities

• Create and assign delivery plans through Odoo system
• Track and monitor delivery progress, resolving delays or issues as they arise
• Coordinate with warehouse team for accurate and prioritized dispatches
• Maintain contact database of truck rental providers and negotiate when external logistics are needed
• Ensure fleet availability and timely movement of goods
• Support training of delivery staff on digital job assignment tools
• Ensure all delivery documentation is recorded and stored systematically
• Update and manage logistics contact lists regularly
• Propose improvements in route planning and cost-saving logistics measures

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years in logistics coordination or delivery planning
• Prior experience using Odoo or similar ERP systems is highly preferred
• Proficiency in ERP/delivery management systems
• Deep familiarity with Yangon city areas and delivery route planning
• Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Organized, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Time:

9:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Saturday (half day)

Sunday & Public Holidays closed
