Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary

Responsible for supporting the daily warehouse operations, focusing on stock movement, shelf organization, and system entry using Odoo. This role assists the Warehouse Supervisor in maintaining cleanliness, conducting physical stock counts, and ensuring accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documents
• Ensure real-time system updates for inventory accuracy
• Monitor shelf arrangement and storage space usage
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the warehouse
• Support in coordinating layout changes or re-shelving tasks
• Participate in routine physical stock counts and reconcile with system
• Report inventory discrepancies and propose adjustments in Odoo
• Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure stock readiness for dispatch
• Assist with loading, unloading, packing, and labeling tasks
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Warehouse Supervisor or Admin & Operations team

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• High school graduate or diploma; logistics or warehouse-related qualification preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years in warehouse or inventory operations
• Prior experience using Odoo or similar inventory systems is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Good organizational and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and able to handle manual warehouse duties
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety and inventory control

Working Time:

9:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Saturday (half day)

Sunday & Public Holidays closed
