HR Manager

Job Description:

Position Summary

Responsible for various HR Generalist tasks such as talent acquisition, employee onboarding, payroll management, performance evaluation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute workforce planning and recruitment strategies in collaboration with department heads to meet business objectives
  • Assist in creating and designing job descriptions and job specifications in collaboration with department heads
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates and on-boarding while ensuring timely staffing to meet operational requirements
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork are complete and orientations are conducted
  • Communicate and negotiate service contracts with recruitment service providers and recruitment job portal
  • Lead the Performance Management Process by ensuring consistency and fairness throughout the organization
  • Regularly monitor the performance of the employees and identify the training needs on both technical and soft skills
  • Communicate with training providers to arrange required training sessions for the employees
  • Oversee the leave management and address any queries related to payroll, benefi ts, and leave policies
  • Maintain updated knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant
  • Maintain and regularly update the employee personal profile and records
  • Generate regular reports on turnover rate, exit interview, performance feedback, payroll, and compliance

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration, or Business Management is preferable)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Generalist roles with 2 years in managerial role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Myanmar and English
  • Strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with HR tools, software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices

Working Time:

9:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Saturday (half day)

Sunday & Public Holiday closed
