Workshop Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all the teams in the workshop of generator sets refurbishment
• Follow up with all team for tasks allocated and delivery plan
• Ensure that all teams are applying company procedures to repair and refurbish generators
• Supervise all team to use safety measures during refurbishment process to minimize accidents and risks of damages
• Communicate with the stakeholders to get all required spare parts required for refurbishment process
• Manage the tools usage by team and report damages
• Put the delivery plan for the production required in the month and set up all measures and plans to achieve the delivery plan
• Coordinate with quality team for testing and remarks on quality to correct before delivery

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering mechanical / electrical or high-level experience vocational school degree 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing workshops and repair shops related to diesel engines
• Knowledge In planning and well-developed leadership qualities
• Knowledge in MS office and all required telecom industries software
• Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to produce timely result with minimum supervision
• Good English language oral and written
