Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between Managing Director and business-related government departments for workplace conduct
  • Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external associates
  • Provide full support to the Managing Director in order to run the company's process smoothly
  • Prepare and maintain the data shared between the departments and recording the information accordingly
  • Translate (English to Myanmar/ Myanmar to English) reports submitted by other departments
  • Other ad-hos duties as assigned by Managing Director

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree holder, other qualifications in Office Administration, Secretarial Work or related training is a plus
  • Must have at least (5) years of work experience in the related field
  • Must have knowledge and experience in accounting and management
  • Good in document and contract handling, recording and reporting
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, email and internet
  • Must be able to go on domestic/overseas trips with the Managing Director
  • Good problem solving skills and analytical skills 
  • Able to work under pressure

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Saturday (alternate)

Sunday & Public Holidays closed
