HR Executive

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Preparing job descriptions, job posting, prescreening, candidates communication, schedule interview and onboarding process
  • Sourcing and recruiting candidate by using database, social media, LinkedIn and other job platforms
  • Arrange the recruitment process such as interviewing, appointing, document preparing and orientation etc.
  • Communicating with agencies for all required position and CV screening process
  • Checking employee working history and job offering process
  • Resolve employees’ issues and handle complaints regarding employee relations
  • Organize job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree holder plus Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Recruitment and Selection field, experienced in retail or F&B industries is more preferable
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and language skills
  • Adaptable, flexible and open to change
  • Good team player and can work independently
     

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
