Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Assist to Director (Yangon)/ Assist to Executive Officer (Mandalay)
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, receipts, etc.
  • Prepare the documents for clients, governments offices, etc.
  • Assist for project presentations, meetings and appointments, etc.
  • Deal and communicate with clients, government offices
  • Cooperate with project engineering team and clients’ site management
  • Admin works at office

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Any graduate
  • MS office (Word, Excel, Power point), Email
  • English proficiency
  • Can work under pressure
  • Can travel independently and work during week-end if necessary
  • Self-motivated, initiative, eager to learn and professional
  • Good personal skill and team work, good communication skill, hard-working
  • At least two years’ experience of related work
