Customer Data Analytics Manager

Job Description:

Position Summary

To coordinate with other functions to reach effective customer journey and continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Manage upselling and cross selling of products
  • Reduce customer churn and increase customer usage by implementing win-back programs
  • Pack penetration and pack renewal program
  • Analysis of usage, user, revenue and campaigns
  • Design customer communication for different channels
  • Coordination with various functions for purchase and customer journey effectiveness
  • UAT (User Acceptance Test, Validation)

 

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • More than 5 years relevant customer lifecycle management
  • Hands-on experience on MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to RCA key performance metrics (revenue, user & usage)
  • Deep understanding for building ROI-positive marketing programs at scale
  • Experience using SQL or statistics will be advantageous

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
