General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients to enhance customer loyalty and maximize sales opportunities
• Possess strong presentation skills to effectively market the company's main product and services
• Develop a general understanding of marketing principles to support business growth
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure sound financial management and compliance with budgetary requirements
• Provide input on financial decisions, budgets, and resource allocation
• Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service by setting high standards and leading by example
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Utilize feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights and continuously improve the shopping experience
• Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the company’s operations, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure the GM is fully informed and aligned with the company’s vision and objectives

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10+ year of hands-on experience in manufacturing, preferable in distribution
• Master's degree in a related field, MBA is more preferred
• Demonstrable experience with General Manager
• Strong financial, business development and marketing skills
• Strong influencing, negotiation and collaborative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email and internet usage is essential
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Saturday (Alternate)

Sunday & Public Holidays closed
