Factory Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met
• Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demands efficiently
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align production schedules with order requirements and optimize production processes for maximum efficiency
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations
• Provide leadership and motivation to the production team
• Manage and motivate employees to ensure to accomplished efficiently
• Conduct regular inspections and implement testing procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Stay updated on advancements in printing technologies
• Manage and supervise all production departments
• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues
• Preparing production reports and submitting them to BOD
• Motivating factory workers to continvally achieve factory targets

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years experience in engineering and operations management
• In-depth knowledge of printing processes and technologies
• Must have 3 years experience in factory management field
• Must be used Microsoft Office, internet & email
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed to BOD

Working Time:

8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Saturday

Sunday & Public Holidays closed
