Responsible for ensuring the culinary excellence, quality, and consistency of dishes served across all restaurants within the group. Provide leadership, direction, and expertise to the culinary teams, ensuring that the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and taste are maintained.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with individual restaurant chefs to develop and update menus that align with the restaurant group's concept, target audience, and brand identity

Standardize recipes, portion sizes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistent quality across all restaurants

Conduct regular quality assessments and tastings to ensure that dishes meet the group's standards of taste, presentation, and portioning

Train and mentor restaurant chefs and kitchen staff on cooking techniques, plating standards, and food safety protocols

Stay updated with food industry trends, emerging ingredients, and innovative cooking techniques to infuse creativity into menu offerings

Introduce seasonal and special dishes to keep menus fresh and exciting for customers

Ensure that all kitchens adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations and maintain a clean and organized working environment
