Supervisor (Plumber)

Responsibilities

• Performs the installation, repair, servicing, inspection or alternation of plumbing systems and fixtures such as sinks and toilets in the shopping centre & offices according to standards
• Performs daily checking for plumbing systems for leak and other problems
• Makes schedules, assigning of work and training of plumbers
• Prepares estimates of time and materials of repairing work
• Troubleshoots the complex plumbing problems 
• Collaborates with contractors in the major repairing under the overall water distribution and piping drawing 
• Checks and follow up the departmental daily information book
• Checks and takes weekly records for building firefighting system
• Fosters a respectful, collaborative work environment with co-workers and other departments
• Performs regular preventive maintenance work as daily, weekly, monthly and yearly
• Maintains routine records and prepares reports to Assistant M&E Manager (or) M&E Manager
• Performs and takes responsible for other duties as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Holding a high school diploma (i.e. passed 10^th standard) (or) Holding certificate from a recognized vocational institute
• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience in same field
• Have the strong knowledge of water treatment system and plumbing system
• Communicable in English Language and effective communicable in Myanmar Language
• Good teamwork, interpersonal and sociability skills
• Having high degree of flexibility and tolerance for change
• Able to work with shift as assigned

Working Time:

7:00 AM ~ 7:30 PM
