Supervisor (Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Operates in accordance with M&E policies and procedures
• Designs electrical systems and circuits, and maintains the troubleshooting equipment 
• Estimates time and material requirements of assigned work projects
• Motivates electricians to increase their productivity and meets work goals
• Ensures the proper maintenance of equipment, compliance with electrical codes and adherence to safety regulations
• Makes schedules, assigning of work and training of electricians and technicians
• Oversees a team of electricians and technicians as they maintain a large electrical system and ensures the proper schedule is kept
• Assists with electrical system installations, troubleshooting and repair as needed
• Maintains records on electrical jobs and assigns to appropriate personnel
• Examines electrical services for proper working procedures
• Checks and follow up the departmental daily information book
• Fosters a respectful, collaborative work environment with co-workers and other departments
• Maintains routine records and prepares reports to Assistant M&E Manager (or) M&E Manager
• Performs and takes responsible for other duties as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (B. Tech/ EP) (or) GTI (EP) (or) Holding a diploma from Technical Vocational Institute 
• Minimum 3 years of building electrical management experience in managerial level in same field
• Have the strong knowledge of electrical applications for high and low voltage electrical systems
• Communicable in English Language and effective communicable in Myanmar Language
• Good teamwork, interpersonal, sociability, customer service and time management skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Sufficient knowledge of Auto CAD will be considered an advantage
• Having high degree of flexibility and tolerance for change
• Able to work with shift as assigned
