Position Summary:
Oversees the training and growth of all employees in an organization and develops the talents of employees to their full potential by focusing on individual and organizational needs in order to reach the organizational goals.
Responsibilities

Supervise and organize all training & development activities

Leading the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning and capability development solutions that support GBS employees’ performance and growth

Defining and executing L&D strategies and plan in collaboration with Head of Department and senior leaders and stakeholders

Develop and implement effective and practical training courses and methods for the staff

Choose the best teaching strategy or method for the courses

Align training courses with the mission and values of the company
-
Conduct and manage the effective, informative and knowledgeable classroom training and coaching on organization wide
-
Create and adhere to the company’s training budget

Delivery of in-house training where appropriate and as required

Provide proactive support, advice and guidance on all training issues

Creates, organizes, plans and presents various forms of an effective on-boarding program, orientation training for new employees
-
Create and design training procedure manuals, guides and update training courses and materials as needed
-
Establish and maintain with trainer and training vendor relationships and contracts
-
Review the training materials of vendors and choose appropriate materials
-
Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos
-
Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements

Evaluate the effectiveness of the training courses and instructors through assessments, surveys, and feedback

Develop and implement training curriculum on soft skills topic like Leadership, Communication skill, Interpersonal skills, Presentation skill, Personal Grooming, Customer Service training, etc...

Able to develop internal training sessions for junior staff in a classroom setting

Report directly to the Assistant Head and Corporate HR Head (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
