Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Supports and initiates follow-up actions by contacting customers
  • (Re) negotiates contracts with customers for renewals regarding price, specifications and delivery
  • Handles incoming orders, in order to realize a timely and proper delivery of orders to customers
  • Registers, administers and updates all customer information, contracts, requests, order data, complaints and/or signals in the relevant systems
  • Manages records and handles all customer requests and incoming orders in line with company policies and procedures
  • Handles daily delivery scheduling for outbound transport by coordinating with warehousing department and arranging delivery truck with trucking service provider

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Any bachelor Degree
  • At least 3 years’ experience in related field
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English

Working Time:

8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
