IT Compliance Officer

Position Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to IT compliance regulations, managing the day-to-day operations of company's IT network infrastructure, and maintaining the organization's website. Possess a strong understanding of IT compliance standards, network administration, and website maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and gaps in the organization's IT systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that proper controls and safeguards are in place to protect sensitive information and maintain data privacy
• Monitor and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking components
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime and disruptions
• Implement network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls, to safeguard against unauthorized access and data breaches
• Stay up to date with changes in IT compliance regulations, network technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the organization's policies and procedures
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-usersregarding network connectivity, performance, and related issues
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to plan and execute network expansion projects, upgrades, and migrations
• Perform regular network maintenance activities, including software updates, patch management, and security enhancementsManage and maintain the organization's website, ensuring its proper functionality, security, and performance
• Update website content, including text, images, videos, and other media, as needed
• Conduct regular website backups and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize data loss
• Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement website enhancements and new features
• Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the website's user experience

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT compliance, network administration, and website maintenance
• Proficiency in network administration principles and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
• Familiarity with network security technologies and best practices
• Solid understanding of website maintenance and content management systems (CMS)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in Network administration (e.g., CCNA, Network+)
• Experience with network infrastructure design and implementation
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud networking
• Familiarity with firewall and VPN configurations
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) techniques

8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Friday
