Job Description:
Responsibililties
- Oversea days-to-days operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion
- Responsible for set up KPI and review of sales team and operation team to achieve KPI
- Monitoring branch operation and management to develop branch revenue
- Implement strategies on market penetration, new market development and channel segmentation sales mix in order to achieve business and exceed profit margins
- Lead the sales team keeping a high level of motivation and feedback with a view to build an aggressive and motivated sales management team in the branch
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processess, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment and creating innovative approaches for improvement
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor degree plus business management diploma
- Must have over 5 years working experience in Senior Management level
- Proven track record with good leadership skills
- Above-average communication, collaboration and delegation skills
- Ability to motivate and lead people and hold employee accountable
- Familiar with business and financial principles strong working knowledge of operational procedures
Working Time:
8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM
Monday ~ Friday
Saturday & Sunday closed
