[Position Closed] Senior Manager, Project Management & Service Delivery

Position Summary:

Responsible for managing the project management office’s daily activities, define project objective, timeline, regulations guidance, standard operation procedure, workflow and collaborate with other department or managers to develop and deliver the business’s projects. Also need to oversee service deliver team to deliver B2B projects in accordance with reasonable qualities, budget and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Defining, developing, and prioritizing business projects with department managers and the leadership team
• Planning projects, including timelines, budgets, tasks, and resources
• Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
• Overseeing project teams, ensuring they maintain company requirements and comply with SOPs, Workflows and regulations
• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards
• Creating procedure and policy documents and guidelines
• Evaluating progress and taking appropriate actions
• Prepare and present project status, risk, resources and strong action plan report to senior management

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous
• A minimum of five years' experience in the industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to details and technicalities
• Excellent organizational and technical skills
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
