Chief People Officer

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Support CEO and contribute in Strategic Business Planning from HR perspective 
  • Develop and implement Strategic HR Plan in line with Business Plan 
  • Prepare annual HR Plan in line with annual business plan and upon approval from CEO, implement the HR Plan
  • Attract and recruit the best talents by improving Employer brand
  • Maintain a smooth onboarding process
  • Responsible for planning and implementing annual Training programme to improve knowledge and skills of staff members 
  • Responsible for implementation of Performance Management System 
  • Propose and implement talent development plan and create talent pipeline for succession planning
  • Review and improve the existing total reward scheme to be competitive in the labour market 
  • Ensure the effective monthly payroll management in accordance with payment of wages law
  • Ensure the timely disbursement of other benefits and welfare support to employees  
  • Ensure the occupational safety and health of all employees 
  • Advise the CEO on all legal issues related to employment in accordance with Myanmar Labour Laws and Directives from CBM
  • Ensure that all HR Policies are in compliance with existing labour laws and Personal Income Tax Laws
  • Ensure all HR records are maintained and updated
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly HR Reports and submit regularly to Senior Management
  • Contribute HR Analytics in Management Decision Making  
  • Prepare Annual HR Budget Plan
  • Monitor and ensure effective utilization of HR Budget

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Any University Graduate with HR Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or human resources management or equivalent
  • MBA in HRM or MSc in HRM will be an advantage 
  • Minimum (10) Years working experience in HR Field and at least 3 years’ experience in the same role
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff
  • Good Understanding in Myanmar Labour Laws
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
