Production Controller

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, tests and audits on raw materials, components and finished products
• Document and report any defects or non-conformities to the production manager and suggest corrective actions
• Coordinate with production managers, engineers and other stakeholders to plan and prioritize production activities
• Monitor production progress and performance using various tools and systems
• Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may affect production efficiency or quality
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of materials to the production line
• Monitor the inventory levels of raw materials, finish goods and spare parts, and report any discrepancies or shortages to the management
• Work closely with the Procurement department, the warehouse staff and the production supervisors to coordinate the material flow and optimize production efficiency

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Diploma or degree in engineering or a related field, as well as relevant experience in quality control or quality assurance
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills and communication skills
• Familiar with quality standards and regulations such as ISO 9001 and MNBC
• Able to work independently and as part of a team under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Saturday

Sunday & Public Holiday closed
