Job Description:

Position Summary:

Responsible for leading the bank's growth and transformation efforts, while ensuring its financial stability, regulatory compliance, and strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate need to be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and a good communicator who can build consensus and drive change, while balancing the interests of shareholders, customers, employees, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan that aligns with the bank's vision, mission, and values. This plan should guide the bank's growth and transformation efforts over the coming years
  • Manage the bank's financial performance including developing and monitoring budgets, ensuring profitability, assets and liabilities management and managing risk
  • Play a critical role in promoting and maintaining good corporate governance practices, including ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of ethics and integrity, and establishing robust risk management processes that align with our strategic goals and support sustainable growth
  • Responsible for maintaining transparency and accountability in all aspects of the bank's operations and for building and maintaining positive relationships with the bank stakeholders, including investors, customers, employees, and regulatory bodies
  • Implement good corporate governance practices in the bank, it is important to fully cooperate with the Board of Directors and follow their guidance
  • Responsible for leading and managing the bank's employees, including setting goals, providing feedback, and ensuring that employees are motivated and engaged
  • Lead the bank's digital transformation efforts, working with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement new technology solutions
  • Ensuring that the bank is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This may involve working closely with regulators and implementing appropriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Responsible for managing risk, including credit risk, operational risk, and reputational risk and develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and protect the bank from losses, In place strong internal control system
  • Representing the bank to the media, analysts, and other stakeholders, communicate the bank's strategy, performance, and values to these audiences in a clear and compelling manner

 

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in the banking industry, with a track record of successful leadership and transformation
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, profitability, and risk management
  • Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation and innovation
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
